I suppose it’s only fitting that the last thing I bake in this house is a batch of Magnolia Bakery vanilla cupcakes. I had a lot of self-rising flour to use up, so this helped.
Stupid oven. It was supposed to be “temporary” 9 years ago, so we got the $300 base model. Despite my best efforts, the thing just wouldn’t die, even when I cranked it up to a hell rattling 550 to bake pizza. It’s going down with the house and I’m not feeling one bit nostalgic. Even if it brought forth all my Speedbump Kitchen creations.
